If you subscribed to Solo as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving a reason. Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal / Vahvista peruuttaminen. We email you a confirmation with the date and time we received it. For a valid Solo statutory withdrawal, we refund in full the payment covered by that withdrawal (including VAT), with no deduction for access already used, within 14 days, to the same payment method — processing is confirmed by email when complete.Want to stop future payments instead? Cancel in Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid month and does not refund it.
