How It Works
Build Career Evidence, interpret a real opportunity, identify what needs attention, decide what matters, and turn that understanding into focused action.
Progress feeds back into your evidence, creating a clearer picture over time.
Now available in Finland. Eligible Job Seekers and Career Coaches can subscribe online, with secure payment processing through Stripe. Solo costs €19/month including VAT. Founding Coach costs €59/month excluding applicable VAT. We are preparing to expand across the EU.
Seven connected stages form one recurring loop. Build career evidence, understand an opportunity, use Opportunity Fit, identify evidence and capability gaps, take focused action, review progress, and add new evidence that can inform what comes next.
Organise achievements, projects, outcomes, and supporting materials once, then reuse them across opportunities and coaching conversations. Career Evidence explains how quality labels and gap types work in detail.
Opportunity Fit is the step where a specific opportunity is reviewed against your CV and career context. It surfaces explainable fit signals and possible next actions without ranking you or predicting hiring outcomes. The Opportunity Fit page covers requirement-level comparison in depth.
Weak evidence does not automatically mean a capability is missing. Evidence gaps and capability gaps need different next steps. Career Evidence owns the full taxonomy and practical responses.
Turn evidence and capability gaps into focused actions, then track meaningful changes such as completed actions, stronger evidence, and relevant milestones. Progress informs future opportunities without becoming a universal score.
The primary founding-beta loop is Coach ↔ Job Seeker. When needed, Specialists can contribute focused expertise and Trusted Supporters can contribute agreed personal support — each with a different purpose and consent-scoped access. These roles are part of the wider Orinavis support model and expand during beta; they are not a public marketplace.
Job boards primarily help people discover and apply for roles. Many AI résumé tools focus on keyword matching, document optimisation, or automated scoring. Orinavis focuses on reusable career evidence, explainable Opportunity Fit signals, evidence and capability gaps, focused actions, and progress over time — with human judgement remaining central.
Build career context, understand opportunities, decide what to work on, and act with the right human support. Solo is €19/month independently; Coach-sponsored access is included through an eligible Coach — not a free plan.
Get started with the Founding Coach Pilot (in Finland, or by EU access request elsewhere in the EU/EEA), invite clients, work from shared evidence and Opportunity Fit context, and coordinate follow-through between sessions.
Specialists and Trusted Supporters can contribute when invited — with purpose-limited, consent-controlled access. Expanding during beta; not a public marketplace.
Orinavis provides decision support only. You confirm evidence, review signals, choose actions, and control sharing. Trust and Privacy explains consent, responsible AI, and why Orinavis does not rank people or make hiring decisions.
